Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through the portfolio brands operated by Lumy Commerce LLC ("Lumy," "we," "us," or "our") are processed, dispatched, and delivered. Some portfolio brands sell physical consumer goods fulfilled through established regional courier networks, while others sell digital products delivered electronically. This policy covers physical shipments; digital products are addressed separately in the section below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the destination country. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase, and a dispatch notification once your order has been handed to the courier.

2. Digital Products

Some portfolio brands sell digital products — for example, personalized fitness and nutrition plans delivered as downloadable files. These products involve no physical shipment. After successful payment, access or a download link is provided electronically, typically immediately or shortly after the order is confirmed, via the brand's website and/or email. Delivery areas, courier timeframes, and shipping costs described below do not apply to digital products.

3. Delivery Areas (Physical Goods)

For physical goods, our portfolio brands currently deliver to addresses within:

  • Serbia — nationwide delivery

We do not currently ship outside these markets. If a portfolio brand expands its delivery area, this policy and the relevant brand website will be updated accordingly.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Serbia: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, customs (where applicable), incorrect address details, or other factors outside our control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. The exact amount depends on the destination and the courier service used by the relevant brand. Any applicable shipment insurance or handling fees are also itemized at checkout.

6. Couriers & Carriers

Orders are fulfilled through established regional courier services, including but not limited to BEX Express (Serbia). The specific carrier is selected per order based on destination and availability.

7. Payment Methods

Depending on the portfolio brand, accepted payment methods include cash on delivery (COD) and card payment. The available methods for a given order are shown at checkout. All transactions are processed and displayed in the local currency of the relevant market — Serbian dinar (RSD) or its equivalent — and card statements may show the descriptor "LUMY COMMERCE LLC" or a similar identifier.

8. Order Tracking

Where the courier provides tracking, a tracking reference is included in the dispatch notification. For order-specific tracking questions, please contact the relevant portfolio brand directly through its website, as the brand manages day-to-day fulfillment and courier communication.

9. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package for collection according to its own procedures. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable — for example, due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the door — we will contact you to arrange redelivery or, where appropriate, a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 72 hours of the expected or actual delivery so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue. Resolution may include replacement or refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory delivery or consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including, where applicable, EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
